ANNOUNCEMENT FROM HARMONY, INC – INTERNATIONAL 2020 INVITING MBHA QUARTETS

On Thursday, April 2, 2020, Harmony, Inc. announced that they are opening their November International Contests to all Harmony, Inc. ensembles and MBHA quartets that wish to sign up on a first come, first served basis. No pre qualification necessary.  For MBHA quartets it basically means that, space permitting, Harmony, Inc. is inviting our quartets to appear on their International stage for the purpose of qualifying for World Mixed as well as being included in the madness that is a Harmony, Inc. festival.   While Harmony Areas for the past 3 years have welcomed MBHA quartets, this is the first time we’ve been invited to participate at International.

Here is a link to the Harmony, Inc. website, where you will find the official statement (click on the RED BANNER labeled “Covid-19 and Harmony, Inc.”) and a link within to a FAQ document: www.harmonyinc.org

Thank you, Harmony, Inc., for leading the way and being so welcoming!  Stay well, everyone
