GREAT MIXED HARMONY NEWS FROM CAROLINAS DISTRICT!

The Carolinas District (NSC) of the Barbershop Harmony Society held their Fall Contest and Festival November 9-10, 2018 in Columbia, SC.  This convention included a separate mixed quartet contest with four contestants, and a mixed chorus contest with only one contestant!  Quadrophonic Quartet wowed the crowd with their rendition of American Tune and I Love Being Here With You, to score a 72.7 percent and be named the NSC Mixed Quartet Champions!  The MBHA Mixed Quartet trophy, sponsored by Warren and Andy Fuson, was presented to Quadrophonic.

Additionally, Heart of Carolina A Cappella won the mixed chorus contest.  MBHA President Roxanne Powell was pleased to present the MBHA Mixed Chorus trophy to the President of the chorus, after which they sang their acceptance song.
